PUNCTURE PREVENTIVE FLUID

Puncture preventive fluid (or sealant) is a liquid that is injected into specified types of inner tubes or used in tubeless systems. When a puncture occurs, the escaping air pushes the sealant into the hole, where it quickly hardens and seals the leak, often without the rider even noticing.

It is highly effective against small thorns and glass shards but may not seal large cuts or "snake bites" (pinch flats).
