INNER TUBE
The inner tube is an airtight donut-shaped tube made of butyl rubber or latex that sits inside the tire. It is inflated via a valve to provide the air pressure that supports the weight of the rider. Tubes come in different sizes and valve types (Presta and Schrader) that must match the tire and rim.
