WHATSAPP GROUP SOCIAL RULES
1- Sharing content unrelated to cycling is prohibited!
2- The use of slang, profanity, derogatory language, or abbreviated words implying such is prohibited and is grounds for removal from the group.
3- You may send photos you wish to share after a ride to our designated coordinator via WhatsApp or by messaging our Facebook page.
4- Selling or promoting products from any business within the SUBiP Volunteers group is prohibited. However, you may sell your personal bicycles or bicycle accessories in the WhatsApp volunteer group.
5- Creating unnecessary posts by repeatedly sharing content on the same topic or engaging in advertising is prohibited.
6- Establishing any group or opening an account on any platform using the group's name is strictly prohibited.
7- Harassing any VOLUNTEER via comments (mocking, belittling someone for a lack of knowledge, or hurting their pride), disrupting the group's harmony, or discriminating against volunteers based on race, language, religion, sect, nationality, skin color, gender, political or other opinions/thoughts, philosophical beliefs, national or social origin, birth, sports team fanaticism, or economic/social status is grounds for removal from the group.
8- Sharing non-cycling events—such as religious, political, or sports team activities—is prohibited; repeated violations are grounds for removal from the group.
9- Sharing political content is prohibited! 10- It is prohibited to make presentations or convey political messages—even in a humorous tone—that refer to a specific political party or group, or to use (or prompt others to use) hand or arm gestures associated with politics. Sharing political or religious content, as well as any emojis or GIFs, is also prohibited.
11- Posting rapid-fire questions or messages is not allowed. To avoid sending constant notifications to the entire group, please write and post your questions and sentences as a single, consolidated message.
12- Every participant who joins the SUBiP group—whether by invitation or otherwise—is deemed to have accepted the SUBiP rules, regardless of age.
These rules and guidelines have been established solely to ensure the group remains healthy and sustainable.
