WHY DO CYCLISTS LOVE CATS?

Because these two ways of life are actually much more alike than we think.

Both are deeply attached to their freedom. They choose their own paths and refuse to go where they do not want to.

They may be surrounded by crowds, yet they are perfectly comfortable being alone. Sometimes the best journey is the one taken alone.

Just as a cyclist takes care of their bicycle and body, a cat spends hours grooming itself.

Both love their routines. Sleeping, resting, preparing…

There is a little bit of a cat in every cyclist stretching before a ride. Maybe that is why both are so graceful.

They are quiet but strong. Sometimes stubborn, sometimes calm… but they rarely give up on their goals.

A cyclist rides long distances, climbs hills, and pedals against the wind. A cat shows the same determination, persisting until it gets what it wants. It does not give up.

And perhaps most importantly: for both of them, it is not only about arriving somewhere. The real beauty is in being on the road. Cats and cyclists both understand this very well.
